Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase any of our products or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum materials, framework descriptions, program designs, and publications — is the exclusive intellectual property of Teaching Teachers LLC and its Founder, Travon J. The following are proprietary frameworks developed by Teaching Teachers LLC and may not be reproduced, taught, adapted, distributed, or used in any form without express written permission:

The BES Teacher Preparation Framework — a research-grounded approach to integrating African American education history and Black Education Studies into teacher preparation as a culturally sustaining praxis.

The Grounded Teacher Model — a developmental framework for teacher identity formation, moving educators from awareness through examination, integration, and application.

The Liberation to Practice Continuum — a framework bridging critical consciousness and daily classroom execution across stages of teacher development.

All program curriculum, session materials, resource guides, and content associated with the Teaching Teachers LLC Summer Professional Development Series and all future cohort offerings are proprietary and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without express written permission from Teaching Teachers LLC.

Program Registration & Payment

By purchasing a registration for any Teaching Teachers LLC program or service you agree to the following:

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued after Session 1 of any cohort has occurred. Transfers to a future cohort may be requested up to 48 hours before Session 1 begins and are subject to availability.

Payment plans are available upon request and must be arranged prior to registration. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle the participant to a refund of payments already made but may result in removal from the program

Group and school invoices are issued with Net 30 payment terms. Failure to remit payment within 30 days of the invoice date may result in removal of participants from the program and referral to collections.

Teaching Teachers LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Teaching Teachers LLC, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

SCECH & Continuing Education Hours

Teaching Teachers LLC partners with approved SCECH sponsors to make State Continuing Education Clock Hours available to Michigan teacher participants. SCECH eligibility and issuance are subject to the policies of the approving sponsor organization and the Michigan Department of Education. Teaching Teachers LLC does not guarantee SCECH approval for any individual participant and is not responsible for delays or issues arising from the MOECS system or sponsor processing timelines.

Participants are responsible for logging and maintaining their own continuing education records. Teaching Teachers LLC will provide certificates of completion and participation documentation to assist with this process.

Participant Conduct

By participating in any Teaching Teachers LLC program, workshop, or event you agree to engage respectfully and professionally with all facilitators, staff, and fellow participants. Teaching Teachers LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other participants or to the learning environment.

Program sessions, including live Zoom sessions, may not be recorded by participants without express written permission from Teaching Teachers LLC. Session recordings provided to registered participants are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published in any form.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Teaching Teachers LLC provides all programs, services, and content on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes or results of participation in any program or the use of any framework or curriculum material. Professional growth and development outcomes depend on the effort, engagement, and individual circumstances of each participant.
